A little about me. 

My name is Jarett Zabok, and I am a graphic design graduate from CDI College, class of 2024. I live in the beautiful city of Victoria, British Columbia, where I currently reside and pursue my passion for design.

My journey into graphic design began during my childhood, fueled by my fascination with the logos, branding, and artwork of the YouTube channels and video games I loved. This early interest blossomed into a full-fledged career aspiration, leading me to CDI College, where I immersed myself in the world of graphic design.

During my time at CDI College, I undertook a 6-week internship at Secure-Rite Mobile Storage. This experience allowed me to apply my skills in a real-world setting, enhancing my attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and creativity. It also solidified my proficiency in key design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.

My design style is best described as simplistic, modern, and geometric. I also draw inspiration from the visuals and artwork in video games and music festivals, which often influence my personal projects. My background in technology has equipped me with the adaptability to quickly learn and master new tools, a skill that has been invaluable in my design career.
